Pianokids® was created when Eleanor Gummer realized the void in the market for a piano method for very young children, ages 4 - 8.  Many  attempts have been made to "reinvent the wheel" causing confusion in young children learning to play the piano.  Pianokids® is a traditional Middle C approach with pieces inspired by children. 

There are 3 levels of learning and each level contains a Lesson Book, an Activity Book and a Fun Book.  The Lesson Book forms the basis of the course with repertoire suited to the beginning pianist.  The Activity Book features theory and ear-training exercises.  The Fun Book contains additional repertoire and "fun" activities such as coloring pages to entice young learners and to further reinforce concepts.
