Pianokids® Level 4 Lesson Book emphasizes fluency in note reading and musicality with greater detail in articulation and dynamics to help students develop as a musician. At this level emphasis is placed on coordination and independence of hands. The book features elementary repertoire from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern eras and also includes folk tunes, jazz/blues, an aleatoric piece and a 12-tone piece. Explanations of triplets and 16th notes help the student understand the rhythmic concepts.
